We make the legal path the easy path. This page covers our Acceptable Use Policy, Do Not Call protection, messaging & calling rules, and the state-by-state calling hour table we enforce automatically.

Do Not Call (DNC) Protection
Every outbound number is checked against:
- National DNC Registry (federal, updated daily)
- State DNC registries for states that maintain them (FL, IN, LA, MA, MO, OK, PA, TN, TX, WY, and others)
- Known litigator list — a curated database of 600,000+ numbers associated with repeat TCPA litigants
Messaging & calling policy
Consent
You must obtain prior express consent before calling or texting any mobile number. For marketing calls and texts, consent must be written (a disclosure on your web form is standard). For informational purposes (appointment reminders, account alerts), oral consent is usually sufficient.
Opt-out keywords (honored instantly)
STOP · UNSUBSCRIBE · CANCEL · END · QUIT · OPTOUT · REMOVE · and any variation, plus voice equivalents ("take me off your list", "remove me"). Suppression is account-wide and permanent.

Recording disclosure
Call recording arrives with voice calling, which is rolling out after SMS. When it is enabled, in two-party-consent states (CA, FL, IL, MD, MA, MT, NH, PA, WA, plus a handful of others) Call4Life will play an automated disclosure at the start of recorded calls — for example, "This call may be recorded for quality and training." You will be able to customize the wording, and monitoring thresholds and barge-in audits will be logged.
Enforcement
We review flagged traffic continuously. Violations trigger a warning, a throttle, or termination — depending on severity. We cooperate with law enforcement when required. Repeat offenders are permanently banned.
