Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Call4Life's platform. Please read them. They include an arbitration clause and a class-action waiver — meaning disputes are resolved individually in arbitration, not court.
1 · Accepting these Terms
By creating an account or using Call4Life, you agree to these Terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
2 · The service
Call4Life is a communications platform. We provide SMS messaging today, with AI voice agents, broadcast/IVR calling, and live-agent dialing rolling out after SMS; the voice features apply once they are enabled on your account. We are a conduit: we transmit the content you create, to the recipients you select, under the rules you configure.
3 · Your obligations
You are responsible for all content you send and all calls you place. You must:
- Obtain TCPA-compliant consent before calling or texting any mobile number, and document it.
- Honor Do Not Call — national, state, and internal lists.
- Respect quiet hours (8 AM–9 PM local, and stricter state rules where applicable).
- Disclose recording in two-party-consent states.
- Honor opt-outs immediately — STOP, REMOVE, UNSUBSCRIBE, and voice equivalents.
- Not use the platform for the content or conduct prohibited by our AUP.
4 · Payment
Subscriptions bill monthly or yearly in advance; usage overages bill after the fact. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You authorize us to charge your card on file. Unpaid balances after 10 days may result in suspension.
5 · Enforcement rights
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, our AUP, or the law — with or without notice. We may also throttle or block traffic that carriers flag as spam.
6 · Intellectual property
Call4Life owns the platform, software, and brand. You own your content, contacts, recordings, and transcripts. You grant us a limited license to process them to provide the service.
7 · Termination
You may cancel anytime from the dashboard. We may terminate for breach or non-payment. On termination, we provide a 30-day window for you to export data.
8 · Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We don't guarantee delivery of any specific call or message — carriers sometimes fail, and recipients sometimes block.
9 · Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS CAPPED AT THE GREATER OF (A) FEES YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) $100. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
10 · Indemnification
You will indemnify Call4Life against third-party claims arising from your content or conduct, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and similar claims. This indemnity is uncapped for TCPA claims.
12 · SMS Terms (carrier disclosure block)
This section is provided to satisfy US toll-free / 10DLC verification requirements with The Campaign Registry (TCR), CTIA, and Twilio.
Program name: Call4Life Account & Service Notifications.
Description: Call4Life sends automated and personalized text messages to its own customers (people who created an account at call4life.marketing) for the purposes the customer expressly opted into during sign-up. Categories include 2FA / login codes, account & security notifications, billing alerts, customer-care responses, event reminders, and (with separate explicit consent) marketing.
How we collect consent: A customer creating an account at call4life.marketing/register.html enters their mobile phone number and explicitly checks one or both of:
- A required transactional-SMS consent box (covers 2FA, account, billing, and support messages).
- An optional marketing-SMS consent box (covers promotional messages only).
The exact disclosure language displayed at the moment of consent, the IP address, and the timestamp are logged and retained indefinitely as proof of opt-in.
Sample messages:
- 2FA: "Call4Life: Your verification code is 482910. It expires in 10 minutes. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
- Account / Security: "Call4Life: A new sign-in to your account from Chicago, IL was just detected. If this wasn't you, secure your account at call4life.marketing. Reply STOP to opt out of security alerts."
- Billing: "Call4Life: Your card ending 4242 was charged $99.00 for your April subscription. View receipt at call4life.marketing/billing. Reply STOP to opt out."
- Customer Care: "Call4Life Support: Your ticket #2451 has been updated by Maya. View at call4life.marketing/support/2451. Reply STOP to opt out."
- Events: "Call4Life: Reminder — your live training 'Setting up AI agents' starts in 1 hour. Join: call4life.marketing/event/ai-101. Reply STOP to opt out."
- Marketing (separate opt-in): "Call4Life: New release — AI voice agents now sound 40% more natural. Try the demo: call4life.marketing/voice. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message. The user receives a single confirmation: "Call4Life: You've been unsubscribed. You will receive no more marketing messages from this number. Critical security and 2FA messages may continue. Reply HELP for help."
Help: Reply HELP to any message. The user receives: "Call4Life: For support visit call4life.marketing/contact or email support@call4life.marketing. Reply STOP to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply."
Frequency: Up to 4 transactional messages per month; up to 8 marketing messages per month for opted-in users. Frequency varies based on account activity.
No charge from sender: Call4Life does not charge subscribers for SMS. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.
Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No sharing of opt-in data: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories above exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Phone numbers, opt-in records, and SMS content collected by Call4Life are used only to deliver the messages the subscriber opted into and to administer the account. They are not sold, rented, leased, traded, or otherwise disclosed for marketing or promotional purposes.
Privacy: See the SMS section of our Privacy Policy for details on data handling, retention, and your rights.
13 · Voice calling compliance
This section governs your use of Call4Life's voice features — AI voice agents, prerecorded/artificial-voice broadcasts (IVR), and live-agent dialing. Voice calling is rolling out after SMS; these Terms apply once it is enabled on your account. You are the "caller" and sole party responsible for each call you originate. You must:
- Obtain TCPA-compliant consent. Autodialed or prerecorded/AI-voice telemarketing calls to a wireless or residential number require prior express written consent; informational autodialed calls require prior express consent. You must retain proof of that consent.
- Scrub against Do Not Call lists before every campaign — the National DNC Registry, applicable state DNC lists, and your own internal opt-out list. Honor revocation of consent (by any reasonable means) immediately.
- Respect calling hours — no calls before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM in the recipient's local time zone, and stricter state limits where they apply.
- Identify yourself. At the start of every call, state the individual or business responsible for the call and a phone number or address at which they can be reached. Do not spoof or falsify caller ID (Truth in Caller ID Act).
- Provide an opt-out on prerecorded/AI-voice calls. Automated voice messages must include an interactive (key-press or voice) opt-out mechanism that adds the recipient to your DNC list, and must comply with abandoned-call and answering-machine limits under the Telemarketing Sales Rule.
- Disclose call recording. Where recording is enabled, you must comply with one-party and two-party (all-party) consent laws. Call4Life can play an automated recording disclosure in two-party-consent states; you remain responsible for lawful recording.
- Disclose AI where required. Where state law requires disclosure that a caller is an artificial/AI voice (e.g., certain "bot disclosure" rules), you must make that disclosure.
- Not place prohibited calls — no calls of the type or content barred by our AUP, and no use of the platform for fraud, impersonation, or illegal robocalling.
When voice calling is enabled, Call4Life will deliver voice traffic through a licensed communications provider (currently Twilio), and outbound calls will pass through STIR/SHAKEN caller-ID authentication provided by that carrier. We may throttle, block, or terminate traffic that carriers or regulators flag. Your indemnity in Section 10 expressly extends to TCPA and TSR claims arising from your calls, and is uncapped for such claims.
11 · Arbitration & class waiver
Governing law: Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
