- A2P 10DLC brand registration is required for SMS (one-time carrier fee of $50–$100).
- Carrier surcharges of roughly $0.003–$0.005 per SMS are passed through at cost.
- Toll-free numbers are coming soon. When they launch, toll-free SMS will require separate toll-free verification (included — typically 5 to 10 business days).
- DNC protection: 50,000 free checks per month on paid plans, then $0.005 per check, with a 31-day cache.
